COLLINGWOOD – Dec 10, 2021 – Clark Pools & Spas (Collingwood) is pleased to announce its new ownership under Chris Hawton, with support from local entrepreneur, Jon Gillham of Escaprment.co.
A Collingwood native and long-term employee of Clark Pools & Spa, Hawton has over 15 years of experience in the pool and spa service industry and has served as Service Manager of the Collingwood location since 2012. With support from Gillham, Hawton purchased Clark Pools & Spas from the previous owner and assumed official ownership on Nov. 15, 2021.
Hawton will maintain his role as manager.
With a reputation for first-class pool construction, spa sales, and pool and spa maintenance, Clark Pools & Spas has been serving the Owen Sound area for over 40 years from its Owen Sound location, and since 2000 from its current location in Collingwood at 20 Balsam Street, Unit 17.

Under the new leadership structure, customers can expect to receive ongoing service from the same experienced, knowledgeable, and professional staff, while enjoying improved communication and overall customer experience. Clark Pools & Spas has integrated a new customer relationship management (CRM) software and launched an updated website with a personalized client portal, online booking abilities and email/text confirming when service has been completed.
Together, Hawton and Gillham are excited to continue the legacy of Clark Pools & Spas in Collingwood and beyond.
